I would suggest the mens Coxless Fours in the Rowing, we had the gold..er was it 5 Olympics in a row ?

If you're thinking of Redgrave, wasn't he in the pairs for two of those golds. Won one with Andy Holmes who died last year from wiels disease and the next one with Pinsent!

He won the 8 in 84, pair in 88, pair with Pinsent in 92 and 96, coxless 4 in 2000, Pinsent won 4 again in 2004 and then our boys won it again in 2008.

We've won the coxless four 3 times in a row 2000, 04 and 08

Redgrave won 5 golds in a row but in 3 different events, he never competed at the Olympics in the 8's.
