Yes it's true. I've just tested it and it works fine.

Install notes:

1. Unpack then run "widgetsus.exe"

2. Run the attached "SMS.widget"

3. Click on the " i " at the right bottom of the window.

4. Enter your email & carrier "No need to enter your cellular number" then click "Save"

5. On the main screen enter the recipient's mobile number. For example UK is obviously 44XXXXXXXXXX, don't put (+44)

6. In the " Mode" menu choose whether "USA & Canada" or "International"

7. In the text field write down your message then press "Send"

8. If it shows blocked wait for few minutes...

Are you using an AOL browser? I had the same prob but changed to i.e and it's working ok now.

works alrite, bit annoying cos it ends all the texts callwave but not bad if you havent got any credit left

and obviously if you put in a different name and number as the sender you could pretend to be someone else.

You have to type in a sender's email address and mobile number. If you type in a mobile number that's what the recipient sees. If you leave it blank then the recipient sees your email address. You must at least type in an email address.
