According to good media sources in the Netherlands, Brighton are interested in attacking midfielder (!) Sem Steijn.

He is 23 years old, plays for FC Twente in the Eredivisie and so far this season scored 18 league goals, and scored 17 last year.



Looks like a very Frank Lampard type player.

He has an incredible technique which I've never really seen before, where it looks like everything has a stuttered run up. Quite amazing. Can't really describe it properly.

Not sure I would agree with the Lampard likeness. He actually reminds me a bit more of David Beckham the way he uses the instepy-sidefoot bit.
