I had to laugh at them losing out on penalties, in fact it has made my weekend.

I have suffered at the hands of an MK Dons supporter throughout the season saying what a shit ground we have, what a shit team we where and that the MK Dons will soon be in the championship, :lolol:

I know it was only ribbing, but a lot of MK Dons supporters really did think they where to good for Div 1.

What else can I say they got their just desserts last night, and It will be even better if we pass them totally next season and we do get promoted and they are still in Div1.

I got all that this season from a Leeds fan. How good it was for them to lose Thursday night.

Dont worry, I know you have an irrational love for MK I found that out after you defended them last night for booing the team in a POFF semi:glare:

I dont care either way.

I just find it rather sad that people are making stuff up about them being silent last night when 3 independent people sad the atmosphere was good.

I also find comments saying its been a good season because they didnt go up amusing, why would people prefer another club failing above there own success?

Having missed out on the 'pleasure' of our away game at MK, I was surprised by the very poor home attendance last night. Having a half finished stadium seems surreal and although at times the atmosphere may have been ok - for much of the game it was pathetic.

I almost feel sorry for them as they are trying to build something artificial but which really takes generations to achieve. Football is in your blood and it seemed all too obvious that as far as MKD is concerned they are in need of a major transfusion which will take the next few decades.

Pleased for Scunny and SO delighted that Leeds and MKD have both missed out. It may not make up for our poor season but it is nice to see a bit of 'justice' and to be able to welcome back these BIG teams to Withers next season.

1)Yes, you obviously do care because you defend MK Dons all the time

2)Im sorry but the atmosphere was not good, I dont care what anyone says the fans were getting on the players back, yes they did sing at some points but not enough in the match to make a good atmosphere

3) I Dont understand this point, I Believe Milwall & Scunthorpe pose just as bigger threats to us next season as MK Dons, Infact scunthorpe pose a bigger threat I believe.

In my mind excluding all of those points I would not want them to go up because they should not even exsist, theyre fans are all fair-weather and to prove this you can look at the attendance last night compared to when they played us, just becuase it was a family day they had a bigger attendance than a play off game, plus did you see all the premiership supporters in the crowd at MK dons away?:nono:

"Leeds and MK Dons f***ing up, this really is turning out to be a wonderful season. Who'd have thought a few weeks ago eh?"

after you OWN team almost went down?

Have you been to withdean? did you see Matt Ricahrds turn on the crowd?

All we need is for Millwall to lose the final and we will have a dream division - not much up North!!

Grrr. You lot down south can get to all those home games; the exiles, throughout the country, need games in the midlands and the north so we can actually get to a few games each season.

Stop being greedy.

I'm delighted that Scunthorpe can still go up, or rather keep the other three down.

It will mean a crap attendance at Wembley though, which is always disappointing. They will take 12,000 tops which will look terrible at Wembley. I'd imagine Millwall will sell out (as Luton did), so the support will be very one-sided.

I'm pretty sure Millwall took one of the largest ever contingents to Wembley on a previous occasion, perhaps a Johnstone's Paint Trophy or something, but it was about 44,000 or so.

Poor old Scunny, they're going to be massively outnumbered. Think they might win though, history shows that teams who reach the play off final and the JPT in the same season (happens with surprising regularity) don't usually lose both, therefore seeing as they managed to cock up against Luton- and their 40,000 fans- perhaps they're destined to win this one.

They were probably the best side I saw last season, over two games, I was surprised they finished so low, relatively speaking.

Bit unfair to take the piss out of scunthorpes attendance dont forget 12000 is around 20% of the population in scunthorpe.

I agree with that, they murdered us twice.......bigger, faster, better players than ours.

I think Scunny will win at Wembley, which will go down well with the Millwall fans.

Incredibly, MKD are classed as local around here. I didn't have any time for Wimbledon (except when they won the cup which was a refreshing change), but what happened to their club was just criminal. The first AFCW versus MKD game is going to be interesting and can't be too far off.
