Don't know if you guys can help. I recently bought a bar in Fuengirola. Over the past few days some older chap keeps staring at my newly purchased establishment, peering in through the windows, squinting.
He is sporting a Brighton scarf and hat hence the BHA connection.
Any advice would be great, since I fear a burglary, or worse.

Given you're in Spain, I have to ask: did he look foreign? If so, be careful; he might not be casing the joint for a burglary - he might be looking to move in.
