Season Ticket Web Site Frustrations

Before I start smashing my caveman skull into my laptop keyboard, is anybody else getting glitches trying to renew season tickets for friends and family members?

Could only renew my own on-line. Instructions tell you that you must log-on separately for associated members but, when you do so, if that person doesn't have his own account (i.e. my under 18 son) then you can't get past their fan number.

Will have to phone ticket line in the morning. The ticketing section of the web-site does seem particularly unwieldy - transactions for anything out of the ordinary never seem straightforward.

Grrrr...

You need an account of each one you re-new, seems pretty simple to me which is why I set up my sons account.

I didn't think you had to do anything to renew - it happens automatically.
