Two new ones here. Both my son and I have stumped up for a season ticket each in the South C block. After many years of being a casual supporter, (about 55 years in my case), I've at last stumped up because I think this year we might do rather well and I want to be in the running to choose a good seat at Falmer. Only downside is that you have to be 65 to qualify for the reduced OAP rate when most places give you a concession at 60. I'm 64 and 10 months on the qualifying date!!
Incidently they took my dosh straight away when I booked the seats on the 28th May but apart from an e-mail confirmation I've heard nothing else. Any idea how long before the tickets arrive?
Same as for me. First time since 2004, and my mate for the first time since the first season. The installments have made it affordable for me, £79 once a month is a massive difference to £400 in one go.
after much soul searching I did
I think we'll have a good year cos of Slade and his clearing out of the dead wood plus the man seems to be able to motivate the players
I still think the proces are way too high but . . .
I have but have to sort it out with the club they have charged me about £1600 too much for mine via my credit card. Or at least have tried to but the card company refused payment without my sanction for such a large amount. Advice to all check what you have paid on your cards.
Happened to my brother who signed for 2 years but they only took for and he phoned them to pint this out, they said they would adjust it but it appears they have taken a 2nd payment again. I am sure they will sort it out but in the meantime card is on stop to protect me.
