.. not ours, but Leeds for next year

The ranges (like ours) are based on the time renewed (or new applicants at the top end) and the fans are looking at a minimum 10% increase on this year.

If you don't renew before the end of April you are looking at a 20% increase.

Not cheap watching (potentially) league one football in that part of the north.

Family Area £385 - £440

East Central £575 - £650

North Stands £410 - £470

West Stand £575 - £650

Bates will charge top dollar as he perceives LUFC are a big club.

However they are at the very least a Championship club.

Abort, retry, fail
At least they have a team to watch...unlike us.

For how long though...?

"LEEDS risk the threat of further points deductions and possible expulsion from the league after chairman Ken Bates announced that he will take the Football League to court.

Bates says he will appeal in the High Court against the 15-point deduction imposed on the club after going into administration, arguing that there has not been an independent hearing. But Bates would be breaking FIFA statutes by taking his dispute outside the recognised authorities and so would be liable to sanction from the FA."

I reckon our prices will be decided on when we know what divison we will be in next year.

I reckon there could be a 10 to 15% reductuion if we do stay in League One as yesterdays attendance compared to the fact that Gilligham is all but sold out tells its own story.

If we do go up it will probabily be a price freeze or a slight increase.

An idea for next year. If an existing STH introduces a new one and they buy tickets together then both get a discount. Would need strict ID criteria (in person with original ID docs.)to prevent leakage from existing STHs buying under a different name but we all know lapsed or ocassional fans who might be persuable to sign up. Many businesses offer incentives to introduce new customers (Sky, health clubs for example).worth submitting in the form of Ask the Club?

I reckon they'll reduce season ticket prices AND single ticket prices by 5%.

Heard it here first.

What is the price for newbies?

That's what screwed them over last year.

They barely reduced ticket prices for NEW season ticket holders, and they DIDN'T reduce tickets for non-season ticket holders.

As a result, there are no fans in the ground:nono:

i know we are on the same page with bates and what went on over the summer, don't think he doesn't know exactly what he is doing, BoF. some interesting things going on behind the scenes as well with the stadium/land etc. who knows what the outcome will be, but the fl could have gotten rid of bates at the first stroke had they offered the golden share to the other bidders (and muggins here would have ended up with a few more pennies), ken and those who stood behind him were among the few who realised the fl were never ever going to let leeds fold nor were they going to let leeds be sent to non league or whatever else the other punishments being touted around were. by not giving up the golden share in due course and as such handing the club back to bates as happened and in the manner it did the fl had to do something to appease the other members. so we had the jolly ole back slapping exercise and the whole minus 15 kangaroo court. bates is certainly less than savoury, but he played the fl like a fiddle and that corrupt organisation fell like putty into his hands. at worse the court case will be uncomfortable for the fl at worse. well, who knows. mawhinney has not helped their case with his comments since about the precedent for such action. minus 15 was to keep us in the league and to appease the other clubs, it was meant to be enough to stop us being anywhere near the play offs full stop. never mind top for a while on boxing day. no one can make up rules as they go along and bring them into force when it suits. they are either there in black and white or they are not. the cva was agreed, the club should have and would have exited administration that way. however others had their own agenda to push. whose agenda was it? especially since the case did not have a leg to stand on and was dropped before it went to court. not entirely convinced this will land in the high court, a deal done before hand to spare everyone a few blushes perhaps.

anyway. i could ramble all night but will spare you all, we've proven we can do it without the 15 points. much rather do it this way and have thommo take that trophy and smash the thing over mawhinneys head in may than in april get ten points back, win the league that way.

£17.80 is not a bad price, league one or otherwise. not sure any of our away tickets have cost less yet this season.
