I think it's the start of the season, although I'm not sure if they use first fixture date or 1st August as a nominal date.Anyone know what the specific cut off dates are for 10, 18, 21 and 65 year olds? I’d guess at 31st March

I think there's a grey area here. It wasn't the club that withdrew the bendy buses from Mill Rd. They were taken out of service by the bus company.his claim or rather quote was to remind fans ( i think) that they don't run the public buses or the trains . Which is true. Can they spend more ££ to subsidise even further - journeys to the Amex . Then of course - that's their choice and to their credit, they can and often do when the buses/trains aren't available.
Make him do a paper round.I didn't really notice the ST hit when the boy turned 10 but now he's 18, ouch
No more sure than you. Tho we can but hope and pray. The wailing and gnashing of teeth of the Mill Road walk-on travel cheats would be hilarious to beholdSo you don't know what will change, you haven't been told this by anyone, you have no clue how it currently works (there is no possible way to check at Mill Rd as the stops are a long way from many of the cars, while EDF explicitly allows walk on without car if you've booked it) and instead have decided for yourself based on some survey questions.
The only way to change and enforce this would be to make all P&R chargeable and pre-book only. Is that what you're claiming will happen? How sure are you?

I'll never understand why this winds people up so much. What do you want people to do? Move and drive there? No more sure than you. Tho we can but hope and pray. The wailing and gnashing of teeth of the Mill Road walk-on travel cheats would be hilarious to behold
You'd be happy that all fans going to watch a game that still just about attracts the working class would be charged extra to park where they've previously parked for free, in the middle of a cost of living crisis, so that you can laugh at two NSC posters who are legitimately using the nearest travel option to their house? No more sure than you. ….and they’re paying the same towards it as everyone elseI'll never understand why this winds people up so much. What do you want people to do? Move and drive there?
I know, he's even had a little dig at me.I'll never understand why this winds people up so much. What do you want people to do? Move and drive there?
Son is 21 on August. This is worrying.I think it's the start of the season, although I'm not sure if they use first fixture date or 1st August as a nominal date.
Nah. I want it to be used by the folks that it was intended for ie those fans that drive in from a distance away. There's plenty of crazies that drive in from the likes of Swindon, North Wales, Merseyside and also those from neighbouring counties with shit transport links. This is who the P&R is intended for, not the wise guys that live just down the roadI'll never understand why this winds people up so much. What do you want people to do? Move and drive there?

Jesus.
If it pisses them off, yesSo, you'd prefer people to get in their cars, and drive half a mile to park on Mill Road?
My sons has gone up from the under 10 rate to the under 8 rate, born in April so assuming it age at first game of the seasoni think not because they charge you for the rate at the time you renew. (ie: my son who was 21 in October is still paying , or rather I'm paying, the u21 rate)
No.The wailing and gnashing of teeth of the Mill Road walk-on travel cheats would be hilarious to behold

I have three options pre-game generally. Preferred, when all travel is working and the k/o time is decent, is to mosey into town, have a couple of beers in the boozers near the station and then get to the ground by train in time for a quick pint with the AR boys on the concourse. Option 2 is to leave early and have a beer with another group that are sometimes at The Swan.
When everything is tits up, public transport wise, however, I get the EDF park and ride. I do not drive there and park because my car is less than a two minute f***ing drive from where the buses leave anyway. And the ticket site explicitly allows us to do this.
I could always get Mrs GB to move the car out of its space and back in again once we've left the house I suppose
To me that's fairly unambiguous - it will continue as it is.I'll wait and see
Fairly sure it is from 1st August as my son has a 7th August birthday and we were pleasantly surprised to get an extra season at the lower rates when he changed age groups.Son is 21 on August. This is worrying.
That's my offspring, incidentally, not the Spurs captain. He's 31 and does not, as far as I'm aware, have a season ticket in the Upper East stand.
