It’s seems clear that currently some have had their points updated and some haven’t, or at least can’t be viewed. I’m also in that camp - actually I can’t even get on the ticket site at present

Think the web browser cache needs to be cleared as when I used a different browser they displayed. My browser was using the old version of my profile.

268. How does the club assess at what number fans loyalty points start at? In previous years it was based on how long you had a season ticket coupled with the number of points accumulated in the previous season - as in the more away games and cup games attended the more points amassed.
