Any news on the Wolves game?
Presuming everyone now knows their points, but tickets are meant to go on sale Tuesday.

If anyone (who doesn’t have maximum STH points already) is wondering why you haven’t had a +30 loyalty points for the next consecutive season, the club has confirmed that points for the 20/21 season have been removed as behind closed doors

A bit weird to do it now Shirley?

I’ve just had exactly that communication with supporter services as I queried my total(154). It seems they gave us points last year when by rights the previous year(20-21) has actually been written off for loyalty points. Disappointingly therefore I have dropped from 219 at the end of the season to 154 now - I understand the maths but had my hopes set on a tad higher.
I’m hoping there are still Wolves tickets available on Friday as I’ve already booked my flights! 🤞

Where do we find our points on the club website now? I can't see mine, unless the place I am looking isn't where they were before.

For me it’s just another year before I am closer to a tiered catchment (beyond “
All STH’s) but not helpful for you as you were eligible for tickets earlier and not now!

If you go back to the first couple of pages on this thread several posts mention this. It has been described as a browser/cookie issue. I could not see mine (and still cannot) on my usual browser, edge, but when i went to the site using chrome there they were.
People who know me will tell you i am a bit of a technophobe (well a large chunk to be honest!) so i myself would appreciate some help regarding whether i will be able to view them on edge in the future.

I'm always on edge. Have I enough points, will I get the best seats or will PBOBE wait a week to sell them and how do I get there. Edge of my seat all the time.

Weird, but doesn’t matter as everyone is the same ?

Weird, as in why do it a season late when the points from 20/21 were given to everyone.

It shouldn’t matter if applied across the board I agree, but @Ooh it’s a corner has fallen outside their expected window and has booked flights (hopefully they still get a ticket)

Point being if you’ve got a selection of fans impacted by release dates of tickets it would be sensible and courteous to communicate this ahead of time.

* This rant may have been impacted by poor customer service today (communication) elsewhere and totally unrelated to the Albion.

For a start, I'll be first dibs each time but will not be taking all opportunities up.

Might look forward to going somewhere and do my best Borat impression asking for a beer though.

I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Same here, I do the majority of domestic aways (348 points down from around 580 I think) but I will have to think seriously this season while trying to get by on my pensions. There's a few PL aways that can easily be missed (Palace, Man United, Liverpool spring to mind) There were a couple of times last season when purchasing match tickets and coach travel left me little cash for anything else that month. I dream of doing all three away European group matches but realistically it is probably too much to expect

Still waiting for mine to be updated, which given that the Wolves away tickets go on sale tomorrow is not good.

It will have been updated but your browser will be using a cached copy of the site. Use a different internet browser or clear your browser history (need to go into the settings to do this).

Have you tried a different browser? Or device? I can see mine on Safari but not Chrome. Regardless of what’s visible on a particular browser, I’m guessing that the Amex ticketing system will have the data needed to determine your eligibility.

Thanks the wife’s ticket has not updated either although our son’s has. I’m on Safari and get info through the App.
He should be able to get the tickets for us tomorrow as I’m pretty confident we will have enough points.
I just don’t understand why the club always leave these things until the last minute.

Just to update there are a few tech glitches at the BHA end. Mine has not been updated because of this. Customer support told me by online messaging what my points were.

If anyone is in the same boat you can still get tickets for Wolves (if you have enough points) mine were bought this morning using usual ticketing process.
