does anyone know if it will be done A-Z sunames or more sensibly based on where you sit at Withdean. As far as i can make out you will be expected to buy your season ticket straight after your tour, but if you are not on the tour with someone you sit next to regularly this could become a problem. Anyone got the heads up how this is to be structured.

no idea but I hope it will be a "pay £20 to guarantee your ST for next year" I am buggered if I am going to lash out fully on a ST after just seeing the stadium

this is what I am wondering about, personally I am not going to be able to afford to pay for another st when my current one has only just been paid for! I am expecting a sensible approach from the club on this one, and it shouldn't be too long to wait.............

The problem is there is no fair way to do this. It is going to be a COMPLETE BINFEST.

That's partly why I plumped for the 1901 seats as I just couldn't face being disappointed by what is likely to be a joke. How they can properly prioritise this for long serving season ticket holders. Lots of people will be less than happy I suspect.

Your 'tour' will consist of a presentation in the Marketing Suite and then you will be allowed to go to the viewing platform located behind the south-east corner, you wont be alllowed into the stadium itself as it is still a construction site after all.

The choosing of your seat will be done via a computer which will give you a 'virtual view' from your preferred seat.

The order in which STH's will be invited, I believe will be in order of the length of time you have had a season ticket, this includes Gillingham and The Goldstone.

There should be enough season tickets to go around so does it make that much difference when your tour is?

Couldn't you have the tour of falmer, pick a seat and find that you are near people that you can't stand (moaning constantly or whatever) and then have to look to move elsewhere.

Also did we all go around Withdean and pick our seats there? did we need to?

I was told those with nine season tickets at Withdean will get first priority - someone has since said ten years. Whatever, it looks like long-term season-ticket holders will be among the first in the queue.

What that does mean is that those who I would want to sit next to or near won't be in that queue if they're 'newer' STHs. How the club will get round that - we'll have to wait and see. I suspect there will be a lot of 'what ifs' when the new ST details are announced, so Ken Brown has already kindly agreed to come on to The Roar - once the announcement has been made - and answer questions he knows or suspects will be asked.

As regards WHEN they want their STH money, I'd ask this - has anyone been billed yet for their 1901 Club allocation?

I've got an idea. You invite the longest serving season ticket holders first, then work you way down to new STH's this season.

See, I'm full of good ideas.

My concern is that I want to sit with the group of guys that I'm sat next to now cause they are a decent bunch (I didn't know em outside of football) but there are STH of various lengths in that group and I'm worried we might get fragmented - What will the club do to ensure groups like us stay together?

I understand all of that, but my biggest concern (if you can call it that) is that we simply cannot afford another big expenditure just before christmas, is it not just a little bit off the mark to be asking for a deposit for next season's season ticket in oct/nov?

Isn't everyone buying a season ticket able to buy a few extra (upto 4?) surely this could be used to help keep groups like this together?

The only fair way is surely to give those who boycotted the Mansfield game at thg Goldstone but broke in at half time because they loved so much. :)

Come on, there's no way that they're going to do this. It'll be just like any other season ticket renewal, they need the names early but the money won't come out until next season(ish).

I'd be seriously surprised if they've retained records of STH's dating back to Gillingham and the Goldstone.

More likely it'll be based on Withdean STH's. Of which I'm one of the mugs who's had the full sentence there.

I heard something similar and that there are about 2,000 people who fall into this category.
