I'm still waiting for a call back about me & a friend moving seats, I'm guessing the Ticket office are working to a different calendar to us.

I got told that no amount of phoning will speed up the moving seats process.. wont find out til mid April

No email or letter yet. Which doesn't leave a lot of time if I wanted to swap to DD payments... 15th march was the deadline wasn't it? And 5th April to pay in full... I go on holiday next week...
