Open your browser on your phone.
Go to the seagulls website, not the app.
Sign in and go to tickets.
Click on the season tickets points thing at the bottom.
Click on "season ticket"
Select this season's ticket by ticking the box.
Click on "add to wallet".

Worked for me (and has done in the past) but my brother said it didn't work for him so might not be the solution for everyone.

Tried to redownload again but no success. Club knows there is an issue so why no comms?. Most people don't care who is at fault for the issue, but just want to know it is being looked into. PB is quick to get comms out when it suits the club

Just checked mine and it had gone. Followed instructions on previous message and now reloaded.
However some will not realise until Saturday my my the ticket office queue will be heaving

When I re-try to upload it from the Albion app and it says I've already downloaded it so can't, should I just delete it and then re-down load it?

That's what I've just done and it loaded and is now back in the wallet

Just to re-add, in case others haven't seen it. I clicked on the 'download ticket' section on the original email recieved for the ticket sale. Seems to do the same thing if anyone is struggling. Has worked for me and a few others so far.

I just went on live chat, they ask if you're messaging on the device you will be using.
Then they post a link which you click and it re-ads it to your wallet.
