Second time I have had one of these letters. First time it was sorted because they spelt the name on the card wrong, not sure how it's possible as it was on the form I wrote down from the start of the season then it was sorted. Got another letter yesterday and they got a couple of digits wrong from the card, had to ring them up and it's sorted now but if they listened first time then it would be fine?
