Season ticket cancelation :(

i missed a payment to the club this month but have on just become aware of the matter as they have sent a letter which was written on the 8th december and arrived today stating that i must pay it by last week or my ticket for the games thereafter would be cancelled. i have been a season ticket holder for 5 years now im gutted if the timing of post has cost me

Don't worry. It is all nonsense. I got about my 5th one of those so far in relation to my son's ST. Just phone them up and make a payment by card.

The club have taken more on my kids season ticket (charging u18 instead of u10) since the start of the season, despite repeated chasing. Have just changed but not refunded overcharge yet, so more chasing. Just incompetency i guess, but shame on them for being so draconian when its the other way around.
