Why can I not get the TV highlights and interviews from yesterday to play. I am logged in, VPN turned off and all I get is a black screen when selecting what to watch then nothing else happens.

Im guessing you wont be using internet explorer on an Xbox one but i always have the same issue with that, but if i use my phone its fine.

I clicked the little icon in the corner to send the operators a message which said there was a temporary fault try again later. I did this and it didnt work so tried again with another message and it has now worked ok.,
