The content has been awful. Normally in pre season we get interviews with players and other features. This year literally nothing.

There's literally loads of player interviews! Ryan, March, Murphy, Goldson, Suttner, Gross, Baldock to name a few, plus CH before and after each match and highlights of every friendly.

How much more do you want?

I'm still paid up until September. This evening was down to Girona as it's the home club who set it up.

I think mine runs out at the end of August. The live streams haven't worked for any of the games for me, I'm really hoping they are able to provide audio commentary as I rely on that here in Wales.

If they can't get that sorted out properly by the Manchester City game I won't renew again, I'll stick to radio 5 live and match of the day.

The club can blame a partner, and this isn't the first time they've done that, but as fans we don't have any relationship with their partners, we deal with the club.

I say this as someone with good friends who work in this area at the club, and I know that they are incredibly frustrated at the pre-season trials and tribulations of Seagulls TV. They want it to work as much as anyone else, but if you are going to categorically state that something will happen, you need to have surety it will, particularly given the prior issues.

You can't keep pointing the finger of blame at partners, whether you have chosen them or they are imposed upon you. It's not what fans want to hear or read.

I agree. It's because I got a free month a few years ago, as compensation, that my renewal date is September. I was simply repeating what the club said in a tweet.

I shall be complaining about the friendlies' coverage as I saw half of Dusseldorf, some of Crawley and no Norwich nor Girona.

The Atletico de Madrid game at the American Express Community Stadium will also be available on Seagulls TV to our subscribers outside the UK.

Highlights and full match coverage of each of the friendly matches played so are also available, while both the Girona and Madrid games will be available in full upon their conclusion.

Seagulls TV will also screen live coverage and highlights of selected under-23 Premier League 2, Women's Super League and FA Youth Cup fixtures - and continue to provide player interviews, behind-the-scenes access and exclusive features.

It seems they have learned nothing from the years of appalling service from the providers of the website/player and are still going with the stock option. Surely now we are in the PL we can afford to do our own thing?

No. Which is why I have asked for my £45 to be refunded - watching these matches - plus a few U23 games - was the reason I signed up. I don't often get to see the Albion, so £45 for a handful of matches seemed a good deal.

Indeed, but why put yourselves into the position of over-promising and under-delivering again?

And then for the web page that made that promise to mysteriously disappear after the event just looks downright shady.

The friendlies were one of the biggest reasons for me buying it, and whoever's fault it was today against Girona, the club really is mis-selling this in quite a serious way.

The subscription probably had more value last season in the championship (where there is overall less media coverage widely available). So for the price to go up so much this year I would expect a significant improvement in the service, not the opposite.

Just sent a strong email to the "provider". Didn't bother tonight (on holiday) but signed up early to watch the Norwich game.

I know a little of this new company having had a meeting with them.

Unfortunately predictable, very inexperienced young staff probably promise the dream.

Need to get their act in order else I'll be bombarding them with emails.

Usual cut and paste incorrrect bollocks blaming other parties in response informing me that pre-season friendlies aren't part of the package.

All of this. BHA's partners in delivering the content are still effectively representing the club in the fans' eyes.

Don't advertise the game as on then if you aren't in control of whether it will be shown or not.

I wouldn't say to everyone "hey, I'll be showing the Man City game, £5 each please. Well, actually, it'll hopefully be on at this pub I'm going to, fingers crossed eh?"
