After numerous emails to Neulion/iFollow, Paul Barber and Paul Camillin my FULL refund was paid into my bank account today. There isn't one thing this shit company does well. Its product is not reliable, its customer service reminds me of British Rail in the 70s and the way it changed the terms and conditions shows they can't be trusted. However, after loads of refusing to be fobbed off I finally got my money back.
It does take a lot of effort though-for something any decent company would resolve effortlessly.Me too (see post #604). It must be pay back week!
Those of you still trying, keep trying! Paul Camillin is on the side of the good guys.

Why wouldn't he be, his employers are fully responsible as retailers to us the consumers. It's his job!
