Vankleek Hill, actually....
Doesn't work, spam email then Chrome prevents page from loading. Needs a bit more testing :(

Anyone tried to sign in on the new site?

Seems to want you to reset your password. The email goes straight to spam. When you find it and click the link it tells you it's unsafe to continue.

Exactly this :(

I had this problem with all browsers. I continued with the process until I got an error message saying I wasn't connected to the internet. Useless.

However, to resolve the problem, I copied the link from the email, pasted it into a browser, but changed the "https://" header to "http://". Worked a treat.

I also had the issue; used the Chat option and they gave me a password to login with.

It would be nice if they could stop using nonsensical language such as this: "In a refreshing move forward, Albion’s new site...has a broader capacity to generate content for its supporters"

Shouldn't that read......

Albion's new forward, called 'In a refreshing move'
Must be from South America by the sounds of it!

For some reason I had no issues logging in, either on my laptop or on my LG TV. I don't know if it made a difference but I used my email address as prompted rather than my username (either used to work on Player).

Going to have to buck the tend here and say I'm not a fan. I despise web 2.0 sites, far too bulky at the expense of easier navigation and content finding. They usually dumb-down websites such that less detailed information is available. That said, a vast improvement on the old site (not hard).

Logging in seems sort of fixed this morning, although if you have to reset your password, the advice about removing the s from https from the link is still needed.

My season ticket seat is now gone for the AM match, but plenty still available in all other areas. Think I'll wait until nearer the time and see how many seats I actually need for friends and family.

I had the password palaver others have had, seems sorted now, though.

The iOS app is not working so well with Seagulls TV, though. Managed to log in and it then throws me to a Brentford web page where I can register for a free trial. Most odd. Anyone else having this problem? It's not massively annoying as I can access through the website, but all the same, clearly isn't working right!

Last week, after many an interesting conversation in Chat. Later I gathered all the pieces of my head together ( it had exploded). Mr Chat suggested I tried a different browser, so I changed from Chrome to Firefox, worked a treat. I quickly ticked the keep me signed in button and it still seems to be OK. ( sigh )
Now after a few days pause to regulate my blood pressure, I tried the phone App again. By ferreting about I find a page on the site that lists a couple of numbers that mean nothing to me seemingly linking my phone to the site. I've no idea what the numbers refer to only that they are to do with ios. Anyhow I pick up my iphone 5 and give the App icon a good punch, site opens up, with a similar number of options to last season, Ha ha, Seagulls TV................ opens up all red ........Welcome to Brentford. FFS.
One piece of good news, they have managed to operate the bit of their site that allows them to remove money from my Bank Account with no trouble at all.

I emailed the club earlier this week. They said they are aware of it and should be fixed soon. It still isn't and still takes me to Brentford. This only happen on my phone.

I don't have any problems on my pc, but can't sign in on my Ipad. Once I enter the email and password, the page goes blank.

Yes. They should have said "customer focussed paradigm shift"

EDIT: Blimey, didn't realise how old this thread was. It's been years since I went on the club site as the old format was shocking (maybe it had been updated before, I dunno). I must check it out.
