Yes it is.

I regularly swim in the sea and have all my own skin.

Well first one of the year for me at Shoreham this afternoon and extremely bracing to say the least !

I went in March after a night on the powder, it was f***ing FREEZING. I literally have NEVER been so cold but the edge was taken off by the drugs and lack of sleep.
