What is the world coming to? Brighton fans giving us praise? I dont know.. Still, at least today's scoreline had a familiar ring to it??

I know it will go against the grain, but I say, well done Palace, you are eleven players on a pitch, probably not Croydon born and bred (but I'm open to contradiction on that!) and when did we last win 5-0 ??

Why not just move up to Croydon and suck some Palace cocks too?

I reckon they'll go up, I might even watch them next season ........ Just for the pleasure of seeing them get slaughtered a la Derby.

I would like to think Warnock has the nous for that not to happen if we get up wouldn't you say?

Well, whilst I have huge respect for Mr Warnock it depends on how much cash he gets to buy. Having said that he does have a better idea than old ugly. The problem with the play offs is that it gives even less time to build a squad and whilst there's a lot of talent in the 'yout' it's not quite ready for the big time.

However, I would very confident of Palace doing it as they are bang in form.

Seriously SJ, do you think there will be more money available than last time if you do go up. However good Warnock is, he doesn't have a hope with this team.

Well I don't know for sure who does, but i read an article by Jordan saying that if we were to get up this season he wouldn't make the same mistakes again. Read into that what you will, but i think he would trust Warnock with the cash more than he would Dowie that is for sure. However for once bha express is right, the club that gets promoted from the play-offs is playing catch up when it comes to identifying and securing transfer targets and obviously it is doubly difficult trying to attract the real quality player as they will look upon it that the club is not established in the Premiership.
But hey its all an adventure and gives the fans plenty to get excited about eh?

Yes but there again Croydon and SE25 have nothing else to get excited about apart from being allowed to go south down down the A23 or east along the A232

Fair play to Palace.

Warnock has done an unbelievable job getting them to the play-offs.

The Play-offs are often won by the team with momentum going into them and only West Brom have a better record over the last 8 games of the season.

If they do go up, it remains to be seen if Jordan's pockets are deep enough to keep them up.

I think Stoke will go down next season but not in the same laughable manner as Derby have done. I think, however, that West Brom will actually stay up as there are some fairly weak teams at the bottom of the Premiership at the moment.

Palace might stay up if they got promoted, although all of Watford, Bristol City and Hull would definitely come back down IMO.
