I think the point is that people are actually going out in public in view of everyone dressed like shit, and smelling as well by the sounds of it.

Yes but in modern society they need to be told otherwise they will actually think its acceptable....Yes many will say they can do what they like and dress like they want,but it takes such little effort and they might think more of themselves.
