I like the look of this place, the Saxton Oval in Nelson, which is hosting a few games. What a beautiful spot for a cricket ground.

Ireland played there yesterday and on Thursday we have the powerhouses that are Zimbabwe and the UAE strutting their stuff there. Truly stunning. Today's venue isn't bad either.

Maybe there will be a shift in lower now that cricket commands decent money. I don't know anything about grassroots sport in the Windies, but perhaps there is a new guard on the way through.

They have a lot of clubbers at the moment, but little else.

Their captain, Jason Holder, is 7"1 apparently. Can't catch a cold let alone a ball though sadly

Nelson's apparently pretty good for art deco too if that interests anyone, it's on our list for the 2017 Lions tour.

Remarkable view from the check outs of the nearby Safeways supermarket too. Must be the best in the Southern Hemisphere.
