This is just willful stupidity. You've no idea what "the authorities" have or haven't done so please just STOP!

Am I missing something? Why would there be a review at all? Ref clearly saw the incident and decided no foul. Even if as we think he was wrong I thought reviews were only for incidents not seen by ref.
