It was a good result yesterday, but the opening day always has a couple of freak results, and I for one, am hoping that was one of them.

They are still 12 points behind us though, so nothing much for them to get that excited by yet.

just got back from ransacking all the oap homes between liverpool and hampshire, first game of the season counts for little as was sad above but we had a great weekend away and my poor son who has been cursed with being a leeds fan finally admitted that for the first time in a long time he had had a good time at the football.

now i am off to rummage through the dirty laundry for some used underwear...
