Ha ha, no not me prefer medium rare. Just pink but not swimming in blood.
I just prefer to taste my sausage (no pun intended) rather than a sugary sweet sauce! However mustard and onions is a very good call!!!

On a separate note:-
What is the best sausage for a sandwich?
A) the good old fashioned banger
B) Lincolnshire
C) Cumberland
D) some other fancy pants sausage

I have to say I find the bread annoying. Would much rather just eat the sausage on it's own without dense, claggy bread ruining it. Same goes for bacon. Where's the "no bread" option?
