Only really like Brown sauce with cold gammon.

Every weekend without fail I cook myself 2 rounds of Sausage AND bacon sandwiches. Only ever brown sauce, brown sauce is MAN sauce

I think "man sauce" is a very different thing in my household. All I know is my girlfriend doesn't like the taste.

I used to work with a chef who was like you. He even had mayonnaise on roast dinners! So, so wrong.

Why ruin the actual taste of either good sausages or bacon by adding sauce. Surely you only add sauce to something that has no taste initially, like cheap sausages and bacon.

I think it is Yeo's Sweet Chilli Sauce nowadays, previously Mustard. Needs pepping up a bit as sausages are generally a bit naff.
