By the time the re-scheduled match comes around we should have El-Abd and Sparrow back to full fitness. Two key players in my opinion!

I was told last year that the pitch being covered and snow falling on top of the cover is more damaging to the pitch than the snow, and can cause the grass to die. FYI the players trained at Withdean yesterday, and I understand the pitch isn't frozen, so covers would not have made any difference

Albion's home game against Colchester tomorrow has fallen victim to the 'Big Chill'.

The match has been postponed to a later date following an inspection at Withdean this morning by local referee Harry Lennard
