He does it once , maybe twice a season, depends how long he’s in hospital for.

The Family Stand is hardly the Albion end is it though. It is where families go including children to watch the match. There were some people talking who followed the opposition team. So what ?
Doesn’t a bit of common sense prevail in the family stand?
I was sitting in the (lovely) Gallowgate end, just under the away fans during the reverse fixture this season.
I doubt it and suspect the ground rules state very clearly if away fans are in home areas they will be ejected
Well, actually, this is another issue: is ALL of the East Stand Lower now designated as a family area? I think the newly painted signs suggest so.
Until recently is was just E1A-E1C (and only half of the latter)... except during cup matches when there was NO designated family area in the Amex (I know because I asked the club).
ThisI haven't, I'm sure many have but I wouldn't say " we have all done it "
Personally I would rather not go to a match if I couldn't be in the Albion end.
Common sense prevails in the 1901 areas; away supporters are allowed. I can understand the club being twitchy about allowing away fans in other areas but surely a group of adults and 4 kids all being discrete and behaving themselves in the family stand isn’t an issue? Either way, there’s a bigger picture is a group of knuckle heads being complete twats and abusing a family. I don’t want morons like this following my club.

Well, from T&Cs....
1.2 Home Match Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Club only. By applying for the Home Match Ticket and/or using the same you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Club and/or that you are not a supporter of the Visiting Club.
If you're gonna break the rules, you need to be discrete...
Sorry to be a pedant but the Gallowgate is t'other end of ground from the Away fans. You were sat in the Home section of the Leazes Stand.
Neither of us were there so we don't know how discrete people were being. But a quiet reminder that this was a "home end" if that;s how you see the family stand would likely have sufficed - if that was even necessary. The more important factor is that there are children around so shouting "Go on Brighton, kill them !" is unacceptable. People just need to be more CIVILISED .

(and I've gone into a home end for an away game before, many of us probably have)
