I must admit I am a big fan of Midday kick-off's on Saturday, early drinking, post match pie & pint, and still get back to the pub in time of Jeff Stelling and Soccer Saturday, especially in the winter months when it means walking to and from the game in daylight.

However, Monday night football is an abomination and should be stopped. What an awful day and time for a game of football to be played.

I'm fine with Saturday 3pm, fine with any evenings.

Just no noon kick-offs! With a noon kick-off I'd have to be in the kiosk at around 9am, which means getting up around 7/7:30 - not my thing!
