But Irish cheddar goes best with the salt and vinegar crisps (it's not too strong and the texture holds up to the crunchieness of the mcCoys). Trust me here Barntit, I have done a LOT of research.

FLAWED research.

1. Use Canadian Cheddar
2. Use Nobbys Salt & Vinegar.

Either way, it still not as good as a sandwich with STEAK in.
