While I very much doubt I would give up my season ticket, I agree about the Withdean. Going to the Amex this season has been a drag and not enjoyable and whereas before I would try to avoid missing a game this season I've not been fussed if I have something else to go to.

In all honesty prob won't give up my ticket but we will go from 3 down to 2 and my boy will probably alternate with his grandad.

If it's like this next season they won't be fighting over it!

Only at half time and the end. Millwall was the first game it was going on during the game, and then only when the ball went near Herpes. I think as far as football fans go, we have been very patient. How many other clubs fans would wait 1 win in 17 to really start to lay into the manager? Saturday could easily see us cast at least two wins adrift in the bottom three, if Rotherham win at Wigan and we lose to Wolves. I still think Sami will be here for Reading, and if that's the case, if you don't like what you heard at Millwall, bring a hefty pair of ear muffs.
,

I think that if Bent brings his shooting boots we will sneak a win at Wolves.

IF you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:

This seems to about cover it for Sami. Worth a tenner on the Albion I think.

If that's the case a boycott of the Boxing Day game is needed

1 win in 17 is it now? How many more games without a win then, Bloom; 1-20? 1-25?
Or wait until we're technically certain for relegation (L1R?).

Either way, I've not paid a penny to BHA for a few weeks and I'm not paying anything until Sami goes.

This is a BHA flounce.

:flounce:

As mention its a massive boycott for Boxing Day surely?
2 wins all season and our pathetic board want him to stay?

Im struggling to believe this is possible and will wait for some sort of statement if it comes out:lolol:

I refuse to go to another game with Hyypia in charge. So out of depth it's painful to watch.

Does Bloom not understand the damage is done whether Hyppia stays or not. The fans who have voted with their feet are unlikely to return even if Hyppia saves us from relegation or not. Accept the blokes resignation and start acting in the best interests of the club for **** sake!

All set for Boxing Day to have the lowest BHAFC league game attendance since the Withdean then....which will still be announced as a 24,000 attendance !!

Imagine what the attendance read out would be?

Haven't been to a game this year since Birmingham away. And until he is gone I won't be going again.

Haven't missed a game at the Amex but won't be going Boxing Day now.

And seriously considering my season ticket for next year if things don't change. (Which I never thought I'd hear myself say after being a season ticket holder for over 20 years including all thru the Gillingham and Withdean eras)

This is not a flounce - i genuinely have not felt less bothered about my team before.
I felt more enthused about a midweek JPT fixture at Withdean than I do for Chanpionship games at the Amex right now - how can that be?????

We have had boxing day matches rescheduled, because of transport links, fans have been upset by this and this year the club have (probably at significant cost to the club) arranged for transport links to ensure we get that boxing day home game.

If attendances aren't that big, why would they bother going to such trouble next year, or the year after? It's each fans choice, if they want to boycott, but be aware of the potential knock on effect.

Not being funny, but I think it's Tony who need to sort his priorities out not us the fans!

I keep seeing this sort of comment from various people on here. How is a boycott going to help the players be motivated?

I understand emotions are running high but there is no way any proper supporter would turn their back on the players when they need us most.

Its probably more also that the club must have the game on Boxing Day too remember, It'll still be on Boxing Day - the Football League simply wont accept it being moved again. If the club want fans to attend - then they might want to try being a bit less unpopular.

If it carries on like it is for much longer, whether fans don't show up for Boxing day this season won't matter, because they'll be even fewer there next year and the year after!

Summer: Brighton have £10m to spend, all the selling clubs up their prices. So we go for the cheap option, just for appearance sake, fully aware we will struggle.

Stick by Sami

January: Teams that have failed FFP will be in a weaker position as they have top sell players, will no longer be able to up their prices due to our player sales, we get a better deal on players who give Sami the team he needs, surge up the table, last day of the season sneak into the play offs, momentum behind us we storm into the premier league to go with our FA cup Final appearance.

Master plan revealed.

Obviously the men in the suits are more pig headed than i thought and are still not ready to admit the mistakes they are making. Not just the manager but player recruitment as well.
Think it is to late to boycott as there seems to have been a lot of tickets brought but i think we should remain on the concourse for the opening 10minutes and boycott all food, pies, programs ect

Whilst I am willing to admit that the state of the squad is something that Hyppia can't be blamed for, that doesn't mean he isn't to blame for our woeful league position. Have we got a top 6 squad? No. Have we got a bottom 3 squad? Also, no.

Against Derby we started with three men in midfield, who between them had the same physical presence as Casper the Friendly Ghost whilst Ince, Holla and Toko all sat on the bench. Within 20 minutes we were 3-0 down and had to bring on Ince for damage limitation. Fast forward to the next game and the exact same midfield three start! Low and behold we couldn't get close to 'wall in Midfield which gave them the easiest 3 points they'll receive all season.

I'm sure he means well but he doesn't have a clue, it's that simple. Dropping Bennett so we can play Halford was quite frankly staggering. I'm not a huge fan of Bennett but he'd done nothing to deserve being dropped. Walton is brilliant for two games and is dropped to never be seen again. Caskey and Gardener do sod all every week but are untouchable. Loaning out all our strikers, then having to field a bench without an out-and-out forward. The list of simple mistakes he keeps making is staggering.

I'm resigned to L1 now. I've started trying to find positives for it already. JPT means a potential day at Wembley. Some decent away days to be had, less plastic fans & more reasonable ticket prices (away from home at least.). We were 180 minutes away from the Premier League 18 months ago, now I'm trying to see the positives in trips to Oldham, Walsall and Bradford. What's happened to our club? :(

Rather than total boycott simply stay in the concourses leaving as many seats empty.

The club won't be too concerned where we sit, just as long as we spend our money. Chances are if we stay on the concourse after the game has kicked off, we will be spending even more on food and drink.
