It's not normally like that but fair enough. Someone did mention there was a week that had a lot of winners.
I know.

So I went from howling at the moon over the money that had slipped from my grasp, to thinking how pissed off I'd have been had I splashed out on a new three piece suite before collecting the cheque of disappointment.

Think my biggest win was around £68, but I'm still unsure what I'm going to do with the £140m I'm going to win tomorrow in the Euro Lottery.

As well as the £158m jackpot this Friday, they are also doing 100 X £1m 'millionaire maker' draws.
I could settle for one of those.

Had four numbers a few times in the early days but since they introduced an extra 10 numbers it's pretty much a waste of time and money.
Still do it and hoping for a miracle though.

Yeah, this geezer (it’s probably why I still play)
This was 2006, I used to work with him in the 90s he wasn’t particularly well off but wasn’t afraid to graft often doing 6/7 day weeks. We had a few beers and a few laughs back then but lost touch and I only knew about this when I read it in the paper. We became “friends” on Facebook about 8 years ago but we have NEVER mentioned it.

EDIT: I’ve cut the top bit off, it was £8.4 MILLION!

I had 5 numbers and the bonus the week I didn't do it, about 3 years after it started, but the prize for that was only about £150. That made me realize what a waste of time and money it was and haven't done it since....

One of my numbers was my son's age when I started doing it. 5. He's 38 now :lolol:
That doesn’t sound right sure it wasn’t four numbers. Five numbers and the bonus ball is a guaranteed £1m

I once heard that the chance of winning the lottery were the same as catching a fly between a pair of tweezers in a pitch black room.

Not sure how they arrived at that...but there you are.
