Luckily, my workplace would never make such decisions on my behalf.If your workplace had made a decision that, because it is public facing workplace and has a sort of community position, if not exactly a community role, and it wanted to signal support for a cause relating to inclusivity then....... well I will leave it for you to ponder
They believe in personal choice.
They make a number of pins and badges available at times like Pride or Remembrance Day and leave it up to the individual.
Absolutely nothing to do with my stance on LGBTQ+
The way I treat people at work is how I wish to be judged. Not what trinkets I have dangling from my uniform.
My job is far easier when I don’t display any kind of livery except that which identities my role.
