Why didn’t Chelsea keep Bruno then and promote him upstairs if the only qualification you need is to speak Spanish. There is a reason why Jewel is being head hunted and I don’t think it’s for his bi lingual skills.

Maybe to some extent but they don’t all have the supporting infrastructure/academies to the same standard, they absolutely can’t offer the same demonstrable pathway to the first team and they still have the impatience of their owners and fans to contend with requiring instant gratification. Most of all, though, they don’t have Tony’s algo or database - without that they are not going to have anything like the same ability to identify targets.
