I'll have Baldock in our team anyday, when I have seen him play he always looked a threat. Keep CMS, sadly Ulloa will go barring a miracle, so do we settle for the youngsters in reserve or purchase a direct replacement for leo?

Which bit? I'm pretty sure we've had a bid rejected - Bristol journo confirmed that. Unfortunately there are several hundred 'transfer' twitter accounts about that are essentially 12 yr olds who read articles like the fact we've had a bid turn down & make up some rumour we're gonna sign him or he's having a medical. Of course it's quite likely it will happen & if it does they then tweet some bullsht like 'remember we said 4 days ago Buldock would go to Brighton' to try give their shitty accounts credibility when it's all guesswork. If they don't sign the tweet is forgotten & slips away into internet history. The WORST thing is some of our fans give these bullshit accounts the attention they crave by retweeeting their guesswork - then false info circulates, and usually ends up on NSC...

Obviously we will get our replacement in for Ulloa before we sell him, so this story may have some legs yet.
Just need to make a decent profit on Leo and try and get Baldock or whoever for the lowest possible price as once clubs find out the fee we get for Leo it will push the replacements price up straightaway

If a player who is so much poorer than Leo, is Leo's replacement then we might as well give up.
Baldock would be fine as 3rd choice striker, but not as Ulloa's replacement.
