somewhere in Eastbourne
if he had more time at the start of the season things might have looked different
that is not his fault and do you think he sold Leo and Buckley......neither have been replaced, and certainly Leo has not, he is having to make do with what someone else has chosen.
replace Leo with something similar and we might just start scoring goals
its not Sami's fault all out forwards are shortarses

You can't blame the strikers for not getting the service. Baldock had one, just one chance on Saturday and whilst he fluffed his lines you cannot expect a striker to score with their one and only shot.

The players we have in the squad ARE good enough to get this team into the play offs. The style of play, formation and the team selection is not.

Well I have a markedly different view to you.
Of course strikers shouldn't be expected to score from every chance. But from that one, they should.
The style of play, for the most part has been an improvement. The formation has succeeded in creating no end of chances this season, the strikers haven't finished them. I'm just not convinced at the moment that our strikers are good enough. Baldock and Colunga deserve a bit more time before they're written off. O'Grady looks OK and is at least a different sort of player. CMS' finishing and first touch just aren't up to it for me. Compare those four with Middlesborough: Kike, Vossen, Tomlin and Bamford.

I want Sami to stay.

Why especially? He's just a random ex-pro that we've all heard of on account of his playing career. He's done nothing particularly noteworthy since he's been here other than to get the team to play cluelessly in the opposition half of the pitch which his gormless predecessor failed to do, and he's made no attempt whatsoever to connect with the fanbase. Could be part-exchanged overnight for another random ex-pro. Would be no great loss. He needs us WAY more than we need him. IMHO, like.

Just would like him given a little time to get a decent, settled side then see what happens. Equally importantly imho I do not want a new manager every year. The craving for instant success is quite unnerving.

Surely this side is decent? I think it is a mid table sort of team, not relegation, which is seemingly where we are heading. But you never know, we might win tonight.

...and yet CMS is the only one of them with an actual, honest to god, goal this season.
