Can you just increase capacity though? I imagine there are possible issues with ingress and egress - are the vomitories numerous and wide enough?
Are there enough toliets and kiosks for the increased capacity?

There may be issues but with a good architect they would be sorted out,with minimal costs

Always work towards choice and moving forward to giving the customer what the customer wants. There is demand for standing, therefore work towards supplying that demand. especially as it will help everyone, whether they want to sit or stand.

As a rule also, never listen to people who tell you arrogantly that they know best but who have never worked in a wealth generating industry. We are told that man has walked on the moon, therefore safe standing shouldn't therefore be too much of a difficulty.

One thing to watch tho is our health and safety council officials, no doubt accompanied by at least two policemen claiming a nice jolly at our expense to learn how to do it.
