We have a Lumie arriving today. How have you got on with yours?
I’m a couple of weeks in, and finding it very useful. I wear spectacles, and a lot of what I’ve read says that it delivers most benefit if the light it generates is able to reach the retina unimpeded, so it means sitting eyes open, specs off, light about 50cms away, for 30 minutes, doing pretty much nothing. I‘ve also read that the benefit is enhanced if you combine it with an increase in vitamin D, either by a daily oral vitamin D3 supplement tablet, or a daily spray of vitamin D3 to the back of the throat for quicker absorption, which I bought on Amazon, orange flavour, and very good it is too.

Quite interested in these and good to see all the positive comments. I was back in the UK over xmas and my god, I had forgotten how unremittingly DULL the sky was. 10 days out of 12, low, grey cloud cover, never a hint of blue. It's cold here but bright blue skies most days.
