As well as being a top keeper, he's just extremely likable isn't he? I love it when he runs the length of the pitch to celebrate with the players.
The change in our playing style has had a lot to do with Ryan looking like a more complete goalkeeper. No more hoofing the ball upfield to where none of his team-mates would be. He is now crucial to the way we move out of defence. It was obviously always there (his ability) but hard to see when hoofball was the order of the day.
He should have stopped Zahaha's shot though [emoji38]
