The comparison, for those too JCL to understand, is that Slade was SACKED 3 months into a 3 YEAR contract, and had a similar record to the one Garcia is (under) achieving at the moment.

Of course he'll sack him if results get bad enough. There isn't a manager in any division safe from bad results.

I'm not saying it'll happen any time soon, but nobody is safe.
