Personally I find him an unfunny ****. Has anyone seen him live? I am sure there are funnier people than him who would have deserved the award more.

If that is the case, why do you feel the need to bring it up on here? I would be delighted to never hear of the bufoon again for the rest of my life, and I have managed to avoid him for some time now, then then you go and spoil it

As I've said before I wasn't much of a fan of his but went to see him do stand-up and he was very, very good indeed. Saw Ricky Gervais, Alan Carr, Dara O'Briain and Jimmy Carr all around the same time and Brand was the best of them.

I can imagine that his routines are very clever but his humour just doesn't seem do it for me. Michael Mcintyre on the other hand...
