Brighton Podiatry - Where every step counts.

She has a website so I'll post it here for everyone. Her fees are a lot more than I seem to recall paying but it was a number of years ago.

She is the official podiatrist (is this the word?) to the cricket team according to her text.

How much?! He's only got shin splints.

1. Get you gait analysed for free to check you have the right trainers.
2. Read this How to treat shin splints
3. If this doesn't work, and only then, consider paying for treatment.

recommend this lot with bells on, spent a good hour and half watching me run and trying on all different types of trainer. Top blokes as well

yep, another recommendation for RUN here.

Advice & service is brilliant. They are wasted selling running SNEAKERS - they could sell anything. Each time I go in there, I know I'm not coming out until I've purchased something.
