I can see how that would be warped into the fittest he's ever been, since it will be the fittest he's ever been since joining us. It would also answer your question; he's fit, but not match fit. I was surprised not to see him on the bench, thinking he would be brought on for the last 20 to start this process of getting him match fit.

Nah! He's not joining Northampton....Lol!..TBH I heard that exact same rumour as well in Dicks Bar and the 1901........One bloke told me that Bridcutt is, without question, joining Fulham in January for a club record fee and that Bobby Zamora is returning on loan for the rest of the season.
