My Sauce ITK reckons it might well involve the case of a bloke who went to a club catering for the more distinguished gentleman & was refused entry by the Doorman - as he wasn't wearing a tie. Apparently he went back to his car & used one of his jump-leads as a makeshift tie. Upon his return to the club entrance, the doorman allowed him to go in this time, but told him: "Don't you go starting anything...".....
