The bit highlighted could be the most important bit. Maybe he is willing to sell a percentage in the club, or maybe convert what Packer has already put into the club? Who knows maybe the money for the Stadium and Training ground actually came from Packer and not Bloom? No one knows how much Bloom is worth, maybe this is the answer? (need a stirring emoticon here!)
