I see notorious child sex killer Roy Whiting has had his 50 year jail term cut to 40 years at the court of appeal.

With all this talk of public spending cuts how much did this whole charade cost the tax payer?

IMHO he gave up all his human rights the moment he snatched that little girl, why have we spent money on this farce which would have been better spent elsewhere?
