I'm not impressed with this system either. Whilst it can on occasion work simply and smoothly, quite often it does not. The market for online ticketing is very competitive at the moment and developing all the time I would hope that the Albion are monitoring the problems with the current set up closely and will make sure that next season we have something that works every time.

Must be honest, I am not one of those that expects modern methods to work perfectly all the time, but the amount i have been trying since 5am this morning has now got silly, maybe the ticket office is busy, but when would i expect to get through? I clearly can't get any joy via the online system, and i have used mine and my wife's log in details, none of which seem to work, I cant get through on the phone, so I have emailed, which I doubt will get much of a priority from my experiences in the past.

Quite annoying really as Bristol is less than an hours drive for us!

I am trying to purchase online again, I have worked out that if all my attemts have gone through, I will have purchased about 18+ tickets for this game, at a cost of £351.00

Anyone without a ticket PLEASE do keep an eye on the tickets for sale section :lolol:

Way out west
I went online for Watford (13/01) and Orient (18/01) within seconds of it becoming live - only Watford received yesterday, Orient still waiting - money taken straghtaway.

Bristol Rovers - I used the ticketline and got through in 20 minutes and ticket arrived the next day.

Something has to be sorted out!

why? it nearly always is.

I nearly always shag my wife on a Friday night, but it's not guranteed, and as much as i am a bit closer to Brizzle than you, I really don't want to get there and find it has no entry via pay on the gate......Like some Friday nights......I don't want to be dissapointed

Edit:.....the wife just said, and i do quote...."I don't want to be dissapointed like i am EVERY friday night" :(

This. Nice short journey for me from Bath, but the ticket option is always the best way, just in case like. No need for a wasted journey

A Rovers chap in the office here has just commented on how, for recent home games, the away club has been given the whole seated South Stand behind the goal. Previously, the away team only had a bit of this with Rovers fans having the remainder. Looking at their ticket sales site for this game - http://www.ticketweb.co.uk/user/?region=gb_south&query=detail&event=425495&interface= - the South Stand is not listed as being available for them which might imply we have it all.

This will mean...

i) Better chance of a good Albion atmosphere with more behind the goal and with a roof.
ii) A bigger away capacity, assuming the terrace is available (it will be).

Won't most people have been to Rovers by now - I can't imagine too many 'ground collectors' needing to tick it off.

I still haven't managed to tick it off.

I'm another one for whom this represents a home game, so rude not to etc.

It's one of my nearer games, but still nearly 200 miles!

I think every recent encounter has seen pay-on-the-day available but I've got tickets just in case.

Ordered ours the other day. Likewise, I prefer to be certain when traveling a long way. It also saves time when you get there if they have a ticket office system like many seem to nowadays.
