When I'm back in Brighton for the weekend, Its always top of the agenda on a sat early morn or sunday to meet with the lads for a cheeky game at the windmill edged rottingdean invitational.

Just wondered what peoples best at the home of golf is?

In the 60's, can't remember.
But what I will ALWAYS remember is my hole in one there at the 13th

Had a hole in one at the Roedean one the other day. 15th hole, four iron, hit the flag and dropped straight in, and best of all, my children were there to witness it. Of course, I won't remind them about it 50 times per hole the next time we play there. Not.

I thought your act of heroism was at the ROEDEAN course? Please don't tell me I've been imagining it in the wrong place all these years!!

The one opposite the marina, whichever one that is.
I've still got the ball, inked with permanent marker. 20 / 03 / 05. Theres a thread on here about it somewhere.

Ahhh, mammeries.

Usually in the 80's somewhere, as you may have guessed I aint very good at golf!

It usually takes me til about the 9th hole to make contact with the ball on my first swing!
